City of Hurricane “SprayGround”

Putnam County, West Virginia

As part of their on-going effort to meet the needs of the community, the City contracted with Randolph Engineering to develop plans for a Splash Park within the current City Park. Working closely with the equipment manufacturer we developed preliminary and final site plans including utility layout, restroom facilities, mechanical building and a picnic shelter.

Additional responsibilities included topographic mapping services, preliminary and final cost estimates and project coordination.
