Rose Terrace Nursing Home Facility

Lewis County, West Virginia

The project involved the study, site design and preparation of contract documents for an 80 bed, 42,000 square feet nursing home facility development in Cabell County, West Virginia.

Design responsibilities included unit layout, grading, interior roadway and driveway design, pavement design, as well as the design of the storm water system including a detention facility. Utility design included water and sanitary sewer design. The water line service for this project involved close coordination with the City of Milton and the contractor involved in constructing a major water upgrade for the city.

Additional design responsibilities included obtaining all permits including N.P.D.E.S. permit, WV Health Department and Cabell County Planning Commission permits as well as a WVDOH Encroachment permit.

Surveying services included topographic mapping for design purposes, survey plat development and construction stakeout.

Construction Cost:  $7,000,000.00
