Randolph Engineering has always believed its greatest asset is its team.

That depth of experience gives clients confidence that every project benefits from decades of practical knowledge and collaborative expertise.
Aaron is an experienced civil engineer with a focus on bridge, structural, and construction engineering projects with transportation agencies in West Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio, and Alabama. His experience has encompassed short to medium-length bridge design, two-lane highway design, four-lane highway design, as well as building design, foundation design, and construction engineering. He is responsible for all bridge, structure, and building design projects for various state and local agencies as well as private developers.

As a founding member of Randolph Engineering, Grace’s responsibilities have grown significantly over the years from managing a start-up company to being responsible for the day-to-day operations of a full-service engineering firm, including management of the administrative staff as well as advertising and marketing. In addition to her many roles within the company, she is active in local professional organizations, including the Putnam County Chamber of Commerce, and takes a dynamic role in Randolph Engineering’s support of various community programs.

Donald R. Hayes, P.L.S.
Don is an experienced land surveyor with a focus on land development and municipal projects with local communities as well as private developers in West Virginia. His experience ranges from property surveys to residential, commercial, and industrial site and utility design. He is responsible for the management of our surveying department as well as various development projects.

Larry is a versatile designer with extensive experience in a range of engineering disciplines. His experience has encompassed highways, bridges, site development, buildings and structures. He is responsible for detailed plan development for a variety of civil and structural design projects using various CADD platforms.
- Education: A.S., West Virginia Institute of Technology, 1987
- Certification: N.H.I. – Bridge Inspection Team Leader
Stacey is an experienced survey technician and designer for various civil engineering projects. His experience has encompassed site development and municipal design as well as boundary surveys and construction stakeout. He is responsible for site layout, coordinating field crews, data reduction, and mapping generation for all design projects.
