Working closely with Scott Hutchinson Enterprises, we re-designed the site chosen for a new car wash facility located in the Teays Valley area of Putnam County. The project had been previously designed by another firm, but unforeseen circumstances and the desire to build a larger facility led the developer to select Randolph Engineering to be the lead engineer for this project.
The site design for this 1.5 Acre project included existing site demolition planning, pavement removal and new pavement design, preliminary and final grading, stormwater management, landscaping, utilities, and parking striping plans, as well as landscaping and sediment & erosion control for the facility.
Additional responsibilities included topographic surveying and project permitting.
