This Design-Build project involved the study, design, and preparation of contract documents for a 31-lot subdivision to be constructed on a 49-acre parcel located in Teays Valley, West Virginia.
Site design responsibilities included subdivision lot layout, grading, interior roadway design, pavement design, as well as the design of the storm water system, including detention. Utility design included water distribution, sanitary sewer design, and coordination with local electric, telephone, and gas companies.
Additional design responsibilities included obtaining all permits, including N.P.D.E.S. permitting for the site work, as well as WV Health Department and Putnam County Planning Commission permits.
Surveying services included topographic mapping for design purposes, survey plat development, and construction stakeout.
