The project involved the study, design, and preparation of contract documents for a 22-unit townhouse development in Putnam County, West Virginia.
Site design responsibilities included unit layout, preliminary and final grading, interior roadway and driveway design, pavement design, as well as the design of the storm water system and water and sanitary sewer design.
Additional design responsibilities included obtaining all permits, including N.P.D.E.S. permit, WV Health Department, and Putnam County Planning Commission permits, as well as WVDOH Encroachment permit.
Surveying services included topographic mapping for design purposes, survey plat development, and construction stakeout.
