LandVest USA, LLC contracted with Randolph Engineering to provide site assessment, site design, permitting, and structural engineering services for a new Dollar General Store located in Charleston, WV.
The structural scope of work included foundation engineering, reinforced concrete design, wall structural framing design, as well as roof truss framing design for this new single-story 10,000 square foot building.
Site development responsibilities included preliminary and final grading, parking layout, permitting, lighting design, and storm water management. Additional responsibilities included topographic survey, construction stakeout, and coordination with the city planning commission.
