Working closely with MG Contracting Company and nVent/TRACHTE, we developed the design for a new 14,400 SF building within the campus of the Eleanor Industrial Park located in Putnam County, West Virginia. The expansion is part of a larger expansion to support growing demand in the Data Center industry.
The structural design for the multi-bay facility included foundation design, timber framing design, roof framing, shear wall design, and reinforced concrete slab design for a facility intended to be used for raw material storage.
The site design for this project included new concrete pavement design, preliminary and final grading, stormwater management, as well as erosion and sediment control plans.
Additional design responsibilities included topographic survey mapping for design purposes and construction stake-out.
