As part of the overall design team for Edward Tucker Architects, we were responsible for the overall site design for a new 6,800 SF Pediatric Dentist Office located in Flatwoods, Kentucky.
The site design for this 2.6 Acre project included existing site demolition planning, pavement removal and new pavement design, preliminary and final grading, stormwater management, landscaping, utilities, and parking striping plans, as well as landscaping and sediment & erosion control for the facility.
Additional responsibilities included topographic surveying and project permitting.
