The project involved the study, site design, and preparation of contract documents for a new 35,000 square feet medical office building development in Kanawha County, West Virginia.
Design responsibilities included grading, interior roadway and parking layout design, pavement design, as well as the design of the storm water system, including a detention facility. Utility design included water and sanitary sewer design.
Additional design responsibilities included obtaining all permits, including N.P.D.E.S. permit, WV Health Department, and Kanawha County Planning Commission permits, as well as a WVDOH Encroachment permit.
Surveying services included topographic mapping for design purposes, survey plat development, and construction stakeout.
