This large-scale, 83 Acre, industrial project is being developed to grow hydroponic strawberries on a site in Putnam County, West Virginia. Upon a change of ownership, Vandalia Produce Operations, LLC contracted with Randolph Engineering to perform a structural analysis of the original design of a 10-acre greenhouse.
Working with international experts in greenhouse design and construction, we performed a structural analysis of the original design and provided a structural design to retro-fit the areas that were determined to be under-designed or installed incorrectly.
